Lead times depend on order size and destination. For domestic deliveries we typically arrange within 2–6 weeks; exports require standard export lead times.

Payment terms are negotiable (advance, L/C, T/T). For new export customers we typically request confirmed L/C or partial advance payment.

We source residues under contracts requiring sustainable practices, conduct chain-of-custody checks, and are integrating blockchain for enhanced traceability.

Yes — pellets are stable when stored dry. Follow standard bulk/ bag storage practices to avoid moisture ingress. We provide MSDS and storage guidelines on request.

Yes — we offer technical support for burner tuning and conversions, and can recommend partners for installation and commissioning where needed.
